PrimeX Excel is a multi-surface, water based, interior and exterior primer/sealer/stain blocker. It is a unique
blend of acrylic resins giving fast drying, unbeatable adhesion to almost any surface and rust inhibiting properties therefore allowing the Primex Excel to be the most advanced universal primer available.
